Alghero is one of Sardinia's most popular destinations: Catalan old town, Caribbean-like beaches, airport 15 minutes away. But finding an apartment truly on the sea isn't easy.
Many listings say "near the sea" or "steps from the beach". The reality? Often there are other buildings in front, car parks or whole blocks in between, and you can't see the sea from the window.
My apartments are different: they're on the first line, you see the sea from the window, the beach is just across the road. It's not a figure of speech — it's the actual location.
I personally manage two apartments in the same building, on Via Lido in Alghero. Both beachfront, both fully equipped.

The apartments are on Via Lido, Alghero's Lido area. The Lido beach is just across the road (10 meters). The old town is 2 km away, reachable with a walk along the seafront.
Alghero-Fertilia airport is 12 km away (15 minutes by car). Free reserved parking space in the building's private car park.
Prices range from €80 to €500 per night depending on the period and apartment. Write me the dates for an exact quote — I often have special offers.
