What "beachfront" means

Beachfront means first line: you can see the sea from the windows and there are no buildings in front. Between the building and the beach there's only Via Lido, which you cross at the pedestrian crossing: ten meters and you're on the sand. Both my apartments meet this definition. It's not a marketing phrase—it's a verifiable location.
