I live in Sardinia and I manage two beachfront apartments in Alghero. No agency, no property management company. Just me.
I started renting out these apartments because I believe in a different approach to hospitality. I've stayed in countless vacation rentals and I know what makes the difference: having someone who actually cares about your experience.
When you book with me, you're not a reservation number. You're a guest, and I take that seriously. I answer your messages personally, I welcome you in person, and if something goes wrong, I fix it — immediately.
I'm not interested in maximizing bookings or cutting corners. I'd rather have guests who come back year after year than squeeze every possible booking into the calendar.
You message me, I reply. No call centers, no automated responses, no waiting. Usually within minutes.
The photos are real, the descriptions are accurate. "Beachfront" means beachfront — 10 meters to the sand, not 10 minutes.
No cleaning fees, no service charges, no surprises. The price I quote is the price you pay.
Need to arrive late? Want to leave your bags after check-out? Let's figure it out. I'm a person, not a system.
I grew up here. I know which restaurants are worth it, which beaches to avoid on weekends, where to find the best gelato.
If something breaks, I don't send a maintenance request. I come over and fix it, or find someone who can — fast.
I'm precise about this because too many listings stretch the truth. When I say beachfront, I mean:
→ First line of coast. No buildings between you and the sea.
→ Direct view of the water from your window.
→ 10 meters to the sand. Not 10 minutes, not 100 meters. Ten meters.
Both my apartments meet this definition. It's not marketing — it's geography.
