The Italian aperitivo is a pre-dinner ritual: a drink with snacks, usually between 6pm and 8pm. These are my favorites.
On the seafront walls, the best spot in Alghero for sunset aperitivo. The view is spectacular. Arrive early to get a good table.
Excellent cocktails, creative mixology. Intimate atmosphere in the old town. Good for after-dinner drinks too.

Beach bar at Maria Pia beach. Relaxed vibe, feet almost in the sand. Perfect for a sunset Spritz.
